“stop thinking your way through life —

start feeling your way through.”

A modern take on traditional talk therapy For the over-thinker who’s plate “runneth over“

Thinking in and of itself is not the problem. The problem arises when one thought spirals out of control into new thoughts creating more confusion. Add a dash of self-doubt and insecurity and it’s unmanageable. Overthinking is a common symptom of the mind; panic attacks, overwhelm, difficulty concentrating or sleeping are physical responses to the overloaded plate.

Signs of anxiety overload:

  • suddenly feeling panicked or recently new to panic attacks

  • shaky hands

  • trouble falling or staying asleep (your mind just runs and runs)

  • you hate making decisions and would rather just go along with the majority rule vote

  • you put others’ happiness in front of your own most of the time

  • messy spaces feel really uncomfortable

  • you are always planning for the what-ifs; you always have a plan

  • you are likely a people pleaser, mediator, organizer, “yes” person in social groups

Here’s how it works:

tell me your story. Tell me what happened to you, what your home dynamics/relationships were like.. tell me what kinds of friendships you had. I want to know what narrative you were given that first shaped how you felt about yourself.

if you’ve been called “too sensitive,” “too much,” or “the problem” growing up….. it’s likely because you were the most aware of others’ emotional states. people who do not operate by being authentically emotional and in tune don’t like that.

You will learn to remove items from your plate that do not serve you anymore. This may include~~~~~~ people/places/things

Clear your plate - clear your past.

become present by turning inward, listen to your emotional dialogue for better direction.

The thought spirals are not working.
